Sales Representative

Job Description: SunSpark USA is actively recruiting for an experienced sales professional to represent our best-in-class line of mono and poly modules. Sales territory focuses on California and the Southwest U.S., as well as other high-growth solar markets.  The ideal candidate: A self-motivated professional with trusted industry relationships in the residential, commercial, government and military markets. Responsibilities
* Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and following a daily contact and work schedule
* Adjust content of sales presentations to align with customer type and trade
* Prioritize sales efforts by studying existing and potential dealer volumes.
* Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
* Keep management informed by submitting activity and outcome reports, including daily call sheets, weekly work plans, as well as monthly and annual territory analyses.
* Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and more.
* Recommend changes to company products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
* Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry trade publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
* Provide historical reports by maintaining ongoing records on area and customer sales.

Desired Skill Sets: Excellent customer service, demonstrated ability to meet sales goals, closing skills, territory management, prospecting abilities, contract negotiation, product knowledge, and presentation skills.

Desired Experience: One or more years of service or sales-related experience in the photovoltaic/renewable energy industry. Basic knowledge of electricity, solar, and renewable energy

Compensation:        Commission-based
